Over the past five years, agricultural products sold online in Guangxi have concentrated in well-known agricultural product categories, among which the proportion of orange/tangerine turnover has increased from 21% in 2018 to 55%. in the first half of 2022. In terms of growth rate, over the past five years, the average annual turnover of papaya has increased by 676%, that of persimmons by 581%, and the average annual turnover of bananas and lemons exceeded 100%.

As for processed agricultural products, they can not only break the circle of consumption and win more consumers, but also extend the sales cycle of agricultural products and increase sales profits. Over the past 5 years, among the food and beverage categories produced in Guangxi, the average annual turnover of cooked food and canned meat has increased by 340%, and the annual turnover average milk and dairy products increased by 130%.
